Payment Terms

    1.    Currency and GST: All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
   2.    Payment: A 100% payment is required upon confirmation.
   3.    Damages: Any breakage or damage to equipment will be charged to the client.
   4.    Payment Methods: Cheques, Bank transfer, Cash
   

Postponement & Cancellations

    1.    Postponement: Requests for postponement must be made at least 5 working days before the event date.
   2.    Cancellation:
   •    50% of invoice charges will apply if a cancellation is made more than 5 working days before the event.
   •    100% of invoice charges will apply if a cancellation is made within 5 working days of the event.

Other Terms

    1.    Cleaning: ArtistryGen is not responsible for cleaning up any messes created by event activities or guests.
